Wally does it because as soon as travel is instant, the time will be zero negative. It is his accelerated mind that helps him to think and act faster on his attack than even his opponent can think of what to do. This is to make sure that his first strike has been delivered even before the opponent has noticed the contact.

To engage with cosmic-level opponents, Medaka can copy All Fiction, a power that can erase any quality, concept, or element from reality. Theoretically, she could erase the idea of Wally’s speed or his existence. The original user of All Fiction has demonstrated immeasurable speed by erasing the time it takes to act.

1. Needs Observation: Wally’s speed may be too fast for her senses and Auto-Pilot to register, preventing The End from activating.
